Kid Bookie releases hopeful new single, Love Me When You’re Angry
Watch the video for Kid Bookie’s new single Love Me When You’re Angry, which is about asking people to give “a little bit of something to hold on to”.
Kid Bookie has shared the next taste of his debut album Songs For The Living // Songs For The Dead.
Today the artist unveils Love Me When You’re Angry (featuring Ziey Kizzy), and despite what’s seemingly a darker song title, Bookie wants to promote a message of hope with this one.
“In this generation where everything’s such a microwavable moment – it has two minutes, it’s hot, and then you take out, and it’s just done,” he explains. “This song is asking to give a little bit of hope, a little bit of something to hold on to.
“It’s about how our heart changes for a person and how we learn how to adapt to each change and the shape of their heart.”
