JPEGMAFIA announces 2025 world tour dates
JPEGMAFIA has confirmed the global second and third legs of his LAY DOWN MY LIFE TOUR, following on from last week’s Outbreak Fest set in Manchester.
Following on from last Friday’s Outbreak Fest subheadliner, JPEGMAFIA has confirmed he’ll be touring all across the globe next year.
The New York rap legend – real name Barrington DeVaughn Hendricks – has just unveiled leg two and three of his LAY DOWN MY LIFE TOUR, which will see him head to Europe in January 2025, before coming over to Ireland and the UK. Then, at the end of February JPEGMAFIA will venture to New Zealand and Australia, before travelling back to the States in March.
He should presumably have even more new music by then, too. In June he dropped new track don’t rely on other men, as well as confirming that his next record is ‘coming soon’.
If you want an idea of what to expect from his live shows in the meantime, though, in our review from Outbreak we wrote, “How much carnage can one man and a laptop kick up? Quite a lot, as it turns out.” We also praised JPEGMAFIA for demanding “a certain level of mayhem” despite a lack of onstage production, and said that “the preview of a concrete hard, untitled new track and closing cover of Denzel Curry’s VENGEANCE | VENGEANCE underlines JPEG’s heavyweight pedigree”.
