Dave Grohl guests on Mick Jagger's surprise new single, Eazy Sleazy
Watch Mick Jagger and Foo Fighters' Dave Grohl perform the Rolling Stones legend's surprise new single, Eazy Sleazy.
Dave Grohl continues to be ridiculously busy in lockdown: following a career-spanning BBC interview, the announcement of his book and the upcoming release of a new music documentary all within the last month alone, the Foo Fighters frontman has also performed drums, guitar and bass on Mick Jagger's surprise new single.
The Rolling Stones' vocalist recruited the Foos man for Eazy Sleazy – a song he'd written in quarantine "about coming out of lockdown" – with the pair of musical legends also sharing an accompanying performance video, too.
Quiz: How much do you know about Dave Grohl?
“It’s a song that I wrote about coming out of lockdown, with some much needed optimism," Sir Mick says. "Thanks to Dave Grohl for jumping on drums, bass and guitar, it was a lot of fun working with him. Hope you all enjoy Eazy Sleazy."
Dave excitedly adds: "It’s hard to put into words what recording this song with Sir Mick means to me. It’s beyond a dream come true. Just when I thought life couldn’t get any crazier… and it’s the song of the summer, without a doubt!!"
