All Time Low join up with Demi Lovato for new version of Monsters
And there’s an animated video for the new version of the All Time Low hit as well…
All Time Low's Monsters is already massive. The tune featuring blackbear from the Baltimore pop-punks' 2020 album Wake Up, Sunshine, has spent 11 weeks at the top of the Modern Rock Chart, and the album itself has cracked whatever chart it's eligible for.
Now we enter phase two for Monsters, though, because phase one wasn't enough: after teasing it all week, they've rerecorded it with Demi Lovato. Look...
“Demi’s been a friend for a long time," explains frontman Alex Gaskarth. "We’re really excited that she was down to lend her absolutely incredible voice to this song as we reimagine it and continue to celebrate all the ways it’s connecting with fans around the world.”
Tonight, the band play the latest in their Basement Noise series of streamed shows. Having already played Wake Up, Sunshine in full, and done two more streams where they played setlists picked by Rian Dawson and Zack Merrick respectively, tonight it's the turn of Alex. The final show on December 18, meanwhile, will see Jack Barakat picking the tunes. More info and tickets can be found on the band's site.
