“We heard you. We’re coming”: SOAD announce South America stadium tour
Thankfully we didn’t have to wait too long to find out what System Of A Down were teasing: the band will be hitting some massive places in South America in the spring…
"Oh it’s true. It’s damn true…"
Daron Malakian is resurrecting his Scars On Broadway project to release a new album, with their first single and video arriving next week.
The band – now rebranded as Daron Malakian And Scars On Broadway – will be releasing their first new single and video from the album (the follow-up to their self-titled debut) on April 23.
"First song/video off of the second Scars On Broadway album drops April 23. Oh it’s true. It’s damn true." Daron posted on Instagram of the news, while also telling a fan regarding the name change: “Nobody quit. When I first started Scars, I always said that it would be different line-ups from album to album. Depends on the type of direction I want to take. Different musicians work for different styles. That is partly why I added my name in front of the band’s.”
