Disney release their official pop-punk covers album, A Whole New Sound
Hear the likes of Bowling For Soup, LØLØ, Yellowcard and Meet Me @ The Altar tackle Disney classics for a new pop-punk covers album.
Meet Me @ The Altar explore a “more raw sound” with an entire acoustic reworking of last year’s Model Citizen EP.
Meet Me @ The Altar have given last year’s excellent Model Citizen EP the full acoustic treatment.
The trio have today (March 11) shared their new Model Citizen (Acoustic) EP via Fueled By Ramen, turning all six songs on the record into wonderful stripped-back numbers. “We’re so excited to be able to give fans a completely new approach to Model Citizen with the release of this acoustic EP,” they say. “It's a more raw sound and we hope you love it as much as we do!”
As well as their new EP, MM@TA confirmed in January that they'll be releasing their highly-anticipated debut album this year. "American pop-punk band Meet Me @ The Altar will release their debut full-length album in 2022," they posted. Bring it on!
